Home Phone not working

My home phone is not working, i believe this has been since joining Sky. My broadband is working and i have gone through the help pages and nothing has worked. My phone has no dial tone so i can not make calls and have been told by friends that have called my number that the phone just rings.

Does your broadband hub have a voice light on it that is lit, if so then the cable for your phone needs to be plugged into the back of it.

Many thanks, It worked and maybe in future I really sould read the instructions properly.

My home phone is not working it has no tone and I can't make any call out and Iam not receiving call either.

Are you new to Sky? Any recent changes to your broadband subscription?
