      <title>Moving external phone line</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am looking at getting the external phone line into my house moved roughly 12" lower as it currently goes through my fascias/sofits and they are being replaced soon. I have been advised that I need to contact BT/Sky/Openreach. Do I contact&amp;nbsp; openreach directly or do I need to go through sky as my contract is with sky for superfast broadband and pay as you talk calls. (Im not even sure I need the phone line for what Sky provides)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's Sky you need to contact. They'll liaise with Openreach. Your broadband service is delivered via the phone line, unless you have a separate fibre optical cable to your home.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
