&lt;P&gt;If you're not aware, we're a customer Community and it's unlikely thay Sky will reply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;By far the simplest solution would be to invest in a cordless phone with two handsets. The base station plugs into the Hub, and you can place the handsets wherever you want them&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The alternative would be to run an extension cable from upstairs to the Hub, and use a double adaptor to connect it with your other phone..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You would need to purchase twin (or more) phones. The base station plugged into your hub and the other plugged into a normal plug socket elsewhere.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
