      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have a fault on our landline.&amp;nbsp; Error message coming up is line cord error please check.&amp;nbsp; No dial tone.&amp;nbsp; We have unplugged everything and tried the phone in the master socket and still have no dial tone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Everything was working ok until yesterday.&amp;nbsp; Broadband is working just the phone has no dial tone.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
