    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have plugged the house phone into the back of the router and the voice light is green. I can make outbound calls, however, I can't accept inbound calls. When you phone the landline it doesn't even phone/ring. Any help would be great?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This may be connected to your post on the Broadband forum. Have you just / are you in the process of changing provider to Sky? Dial 17070 from your landline. Does it tell you your correct landline number?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You don't appear to be fully reading the replies. Do you want your post escalating to Sky. They will be able to check your line and if an external line fault is found they will pass it to Openreach to investigate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
