      <title>Line code error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;First time post - go easy&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been unable to make /receive any calls - ido not have another phone to try it.I am using a micro filter but have tried phone direct into master socket - without success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The house phone line will seemingly connect &amp;nbsp;if I call from my mobile but the landline phone never shows a missed call or rings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if I try make a call from landline phone it will again go through the motions of ringing but never connects.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It says line code error - can anyone help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Update - Spoken to CraigI27,after some checks, we found the customer to be on VoIP, once they connected to the hub instead of the master socket, their landline worked fine &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
