      <description>&lt;P&gt;Update - Spoken to Gkettlewell58, after a few checks, our service checker found an outside fault which we have booked Openreach for.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Expected resolution is 2 working days, upto 5 working days in some cases. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
