      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My &lt;STRONG&gt;landline&lt;/STRONG&gt; is not allowing me to make or receive calls - the phones display the error message &lt;EM&gt;"please check line cord"&lt;/EM&gt; - my internet connection is working fine. I have 3 green lights on my router, the fourth light (voice) is off (in fact I can't remember it ever being on) - I have checked all physical cords and cables.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I suspect I might need an openreach visit, not a SKY broadband engineer!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
