      <title>Internet is fine , no phone connection at all</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have fibre broadband , currently running very slow ( temps no doubt ) which is connected.&lt;BR /&gt;I have Sky Talk - which is totally dead.&lt;BR /&gt;Tried the master socket - still dead , a corded phone - still dead , corded phone in master socket - STILL dead.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;BT / Openreach were working near my house earlier apparently.&lt;BR /&gt;I live in the G65 area and AFAIK there are no known outage.&lt;BR /&gt;I have run through the Sky tests I could find and nothing has helped.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any SKY bods online ? Please log a fault on my phone line only and advise ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;
