Sounds like something you need to report to Sky. Call 150 on your landline phone.

This has been happening for the last week and a half. When someone phones, after 5-6 minutes the line just drops. It is really annoying as I work from home so when clients call me on my landline invariably they get cut off after 5 or 6 minutes and have to call back. It doesn't seem to happen when I phone out though.

Not really. Phoned Sky as suggested and they are having issues with WiFi calling. They have escalated my case and just waiting for someone to get back to me. It is only on incoming calls, not outgoing.
