    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry meant to add I was venting and know it's a community. &amp;nbsp;There is a lack of contact points for Sky especially for vulnerable people. &amp;nbsp;As I said it's easier to leave rather than go in circles with them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Poor phone line quality with lots of noise on line</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am so frustrated at the lack of help and being able to get through to a person. &amp;nbsp;I look after the affairs of a terminally ill family member who has been having no end of problems with phone line. &amp;nbsp;It has constant noise on line, unable to hear on calls. &amp;nbsp;When I have been there have done all the checks but still issues. &amp;nbsp;I just need an engineer to look at this problem but cannot get a number. &amp;nbsp;As my mobile is registered for my own account I cannot get through the automated part. &amp;nbsp;My family member is unable to deal with this but we need the phone line working. &amp;nbsp;As the contract is up soon I will can and go back to BT. &amp;nbsp;When I registered this account I informed you of a vulnerable person but doesn't seem to matter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
