      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does your broadband Hub have a 'Voice' light which is lit? If so, you have Sky Internet calls (Sky VOIP) and your phone needs to be plugged into the socket at the back of the Hub, not the usual wall socket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
