      <description>&lt;P&gt;Reported by a neighbour - &lt;U&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"Sorry this number is temporarily&amp;nbsp; unavailable"&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tested by ringing from my mobile - inside and outside the house.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Landline phone plugged into Sky Router and has been working AOK for months AND will still make outgoing calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Subsequent testing - mobile to landline would sometimes return message&amp;nbsp;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"Sorry this number is temporarily&amp;nbsp; unavailable"&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt; OR the phone &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;will ring but disconnect as soon as the connect button pressed.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;We have no Sky Guard or Call barring features.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;Any suggerstions anyone?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Nothing .has been changed for months and Router shows all four lights as Green PLUS clearly the internet is working as this is how I am communicating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks &lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3138000"&gt;@Highlinder&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Followed Phone steps and then powered down router, waited 30 seconds, powered up, waited as Router powered up until all lights green.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then &lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;mobile to landline and voice connection restored&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;.&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face:"&gt;😀&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will try this first next time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;FONT color="#808000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Cheers&amp;nbsp;@Jazzerat26&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
