      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had sky Talk for a few weeks and just realised that a phone plugged in to a BT socket upstairs is no longer connected. Can this be fixed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, the main phone is now in the sky router but was in the BT socket before?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The stand alone phone upstairs was plugged in to a telephone socket but that line is dead&lt;/P&gt;</description>
