Hello

I recently missed a call to my landline number. I picked up the phone to check and the dual tone dial sound indicated that a voicemail had been left, but typing in 1571, I'm told that 'there are no new voice messages'. This happens each time I pick up the phone to try and retrieve the message.

I have the 'ordinary' SKY Voicemail, not the 'Plus' version.

Any suggestions would be helpful as I think it may have been an NHS number that called.

You could try 1471 to see if the calling number was left?
