SkyTalk states the number does not exist

Hi,

Using my landline phone I have been dialling a Jersey number - which has been used to contact me on my SkyTalk landline but when I try to ring back I get the message that the number does not exist. This occurs whether I just dial the number or if I use the international code.
this is not a spend cap issue.

any advice gratefully received!

@TommythetravellerDo you have trouble dialing any other numbers or is it just this one. Have you upgraded or had any issues with your landline?

no changes to my sky account and only applies to this number.

@TommythetravellerDo you have any other numbers over that you can try to call to see if you get the same thing to happen?

@Highlinder . Thanks for this so I tried a number of mobile and landline numbers and all worked normally. I will ring Sky as I was checking out their tariff guide and thus number may be a 'specialised phone number' with a different tariff - that doesn't explain why they state it doesn't exist,
