Turning off talk shield

I changed providers for broadband and talk in March 2022 but talk shield is still active. I cannot access the relevant section or make any changes or turn it off

@KeithLindahow have you tried to de-activate it from, is this on the website or via the Sky app? Which error are you getting and what device and browser are you using?

I've tried it on the app and on the website. There is nothing under the broadband tab anymore as sky is not my broadband provider. That was where I used to add numbers etc.

@KeithLinda Can you tell me what greeting you get when you dial 17070 on your landline phone, or if it even works.

I get an automated sky answer. I have changed to Now who I know are owned by Sky.
