No need to repost this as I have moved this to the Sky Talk forum for you.

If your phone line is not plugged into the back of your broadband hub and if you haven't already, then run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair:

You can also run this test via the MySky app.

I've been the same as other gentleman having not had any incoming or can't make out going calls tried everything sky advises to do can someone put me in the direction to get line checked?

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

I haven't been able to receive incoming or outgoing calls on my landline, Internet is working ok.
