I have an inbound routing fault. My physical line is working perfectly and I can make outbound calls anywhere (including international). However, inbound callers from specific areas (specifically Heathfield/Five Ash Down) receive a 'temporarily unavailable' network recording. Standard line tests show no fault because my home line is fine, but the inbound network switch is dropping calls before they reach my house. Can an advisor please escalate this to network operations?
