      <description>&lt;P&gt;We can call out but anyone calling line says busy ?. Done usual, reboot unplug cables back to input box etc ...help please ..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you've recently switched to Sky broadband/landline, I'd suggest first checking that your number hasn't changed. If you dial 17070 the recorded message will tell you the number assigned to your line.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If that's as it should be, what was your Sky activation date?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Or sign up with an independent VOIP provider and connect a VOIP phone to one of your Sky Hub's ethernet ports.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
