topic Can't open Sky Talkshield page in Talk

Talk Shield Problem

Hi, i'm unsure if this is the right forum for this, sorry if it's now.

The problem is i sign into Talk Shield but the page that gives you the option to switch it on or off doesn't appear. just a loading circle then nothing. i've cleared recent history and cookies but it still won't show.

It's been 3 or 4 days now

Sky Talk Shield grey screen

Anyone else getting a grey screen when logging into sky talk shield on laptop. It has worked fine in the six months since i activated it, but has a grey screen since yesterday.

it has never worked on my mobile app

@leics try closing all. Sky websites, then clearing your browser cache (cookies erc). Or try a different browser. Then see if it loads normally.

@leics best report it to Sky then, I think. There haven't been any other posts mentioning it. You can call them on 150 (landline or Sky mobile)

Cannot access talk sheild

When I login in to talk sheild my screen goes bank and I cannot access my star list to add numbers

Several users now reporting problems with viewing the Sky Talk Shield. I'll ask Sky tomorrow if they're aware.

@KrazyMonkey I doubt customer services will be aware as it has been raised directly with the support team. Best to wait for them to report back so that Kevnewmedia can provide an update here.

Im having the same problem with Sky Talk shield, whenever I log in the screen just goes blank.

I chatted to them a few days ago and they did NOTHING.

They asked me to check the usual, delete cookies, clear history, try a different browser, a different device etc.

They then told me it wasn't at my end and they couldn't find a vault and then told me to just keep checking to see if it resolves on its own. POINTLESS!

I found out that you can switch the sheild on and off by dialing 1780 and selecting option 1.

@KrazyMonkey we're still awaiting an update from Sky here. I suspect the customer services team aren't aware of the fault. You can actually manage most Sky Talk Shield functions from your phone handset as well as online: https://www.sky.com/help/sky-talk/sky-talk-features/sky-talk-shield/articles/sky-talk-shield-start

But how do you see and block numbers?

Talk shield has been broken for more than a year via the mysky app https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Mobile-Apps-Websites/My-Sky-App-Talk-Shield-Settings/m-p/5283739#M23932

And now we cant get to the settings online as the page wont load anymore

I need to see who called me yesterday so I've tried to open the Sky Talkshield page. On both Android phone and Windows 11 PC the page is just blank and doesn't load.

Anyone else having this issue?
