If you haven't been in touch with Sky about this, it would be your first step. You can call them on 150. I'd suggest ignoring all the bot prompts and just wait and eventually you should be asked if you want to speak to an (human) adviser.

Alternatively we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here, pronbably tomorrow now, so that you can discuss it with them via a private online chat. Let us know if you want to try that.

I am 84 years old and now wish I hadn't moved to Sky as it too much hassle

My broadband was eventually installed after 2 months waiting on 3rd August

My landline number was supposed to be moved at the same time.

Broadband is ok but the hassle is with the landline number move

I can ring out but cannot receive calls. Also TalkTalk won't close my account with them.....

I have used virtual assistant who keep asking me to get TalkTalk to cancel my account

TalkTalk keep saying there is an open switch order open that needs to be completed before TalkTalk will close my account down....

Sky get me out of this doom loop please, or let me talk to a human to sort this mess out
