Hi @Yvonneh1 If you cancel your home phone, it will also cancel your broadband. Best just to change it to pay as you go.

You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is made up predominantly of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like @MightyQuinn and myself.

Sky Talk is bundled together with Sky Broadband. You can't cancel the Talk side of things without cancelling Broadband as well.

Just make sure you're on the Sky Pay As You Talk tariff (call Sky if you're not). That way if you make no calls there are no Sky Talk charges. (The Pay As You Talk tariff is the default tariff when you join).
