&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I doubt they'll be able to help in relation to a potential internet outage (just as they wouldn't for a conventional phone line failure). A cheap, PAYG mobile might be the answer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
