We have full fibre and digital phone line. Equipment is BR203 router and Audiocodes box. Anologue phones that plug into the Audiocodes box. The issue has been ongoing for a few years and we can go a month or so without noticing any issues, then we can have days where it is constantly on and off. We can dial out to either mobile or landline numbers and get the message saying unable to connect the call at the moment or it may just be a beeping, at the same time we may or may not be able to receive incoming calls. Sometimes we are not aware of any problems but customers will tell us they have been trying to call us but not able to. The internet itself is working fine with no issues. I usually try the powering down of the router and audio box which sometimes works but often have to call sky technical or leave it to sort itself which can mean problems for the rest of the working day. Sky usually do the powering down stuff and whatever else at their end, but never answer what the actual problem is. I have asked Sky if I could try new equipment but they say it would be done as a new order and so we would lose our phone number for 1-2 weeks which is not an option for our business. We can change provider but I am not sure if this would be a solution or if the problem will just be the same. We do not have any issues with the internet or speeds.
