Landline (VoIP) Phone no dial tone

My landline phone has been working for the last month or two. Last wweek it stopped working. No alterations at my end. I have rebooted Router and ONT. I have tried another phone which worked before. I have changed the phone cord (they both were ok on a different phone).

I reported online including a photo of my setup last week but nothing heard.

Regular (black) Sky Hub. All lights are green.

No dial tone no calls in or out.

Changed phone, changed lead, rebooted hub, rebooted ONT. Lights all green on hub. Phone worked on till last week.

@spaarks I should have checked before - I assume your phone is plugged into your broadband Hub, not the wall socket?

If it is, it would be best to report it directly to Sky, rather than wait for a reply to your photo. We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can do so via a private online chat, if you wish.

Yes, it is plugged into the router.

The phone has worked OK until last week.

@spaarks I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
