I waited in all day yesterday as an engineer was supposed to come between 8-1, and no one turned up. I am 83 and have had no landline for over 2 months. The status online still shows that the appointment is in progress but I have received no communication whatsoever. Online 24/7 chat is not working, so I can't speak to anyone, please help
