Smart Tech Shipping Dates?

Great timing, my renewal was issued a few days before the offical launch of Sky Protect. I was also in the market for expanding my current home security arrangements. After a few early glitches signing up I'm all sorted with cover starting later this month.

The question is - anyone know when the kit starts shipping i.e. how long before the cover starts. In my confirmation email it only suggests "We'll let you know when your smart tech is on it's way."

Hi @Gardner+74, some details below for you:

On the day before the policy start date, the kit will be picked up by DPD and then delivered the following day (on or as close to as the policy start date as possible).
If the policy start date is the same day as the order was made, then it will be shipped the following day.

DPD will send the shipping confirmation with tracking details in all instances.
