I have sky glass protection and would like file a claim I have been trying to do this over a week and can't get no were further

If you mean Sky Protect device insurance covering a Glass television set, then claims are detailed here:

I have called them over 100 times they keep transferring me back to domestic and general then they transfer me back to sky I am getting no further forward

The naming can be confusing: are you trying to claim under a Sky Protect device policy with D&G or a Sky Protect household insurance policy from Zurich?

I'd also note that for a considerable time D&G has Glass televisions listed as being excluded from cover: this has now changed, but I'd imagine there might not be retrospective cover.
