I've&amp;nbsp; spent hours resetting and trying to get the live feed with no success.&amp;nbsp; Glad I'm not the only one having this problem.&amp;nbsp; Hopefully sky tec can sort this out ASAP.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is the second door bell I have had. The first wouldn't since at all when I pressed the sync button on the back of the door bell, so sky sent me a new one. This time, it is syncing and says its connected,&amp;nbsp; but then shortly after it says check Internet connection &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_rolling_eyes:"&gt;🙄&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thinking_face:"&gt;🤔&lt;/span&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Any advice would be appreciated. Please sky tech,&amp;nbsp; sort this problem out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am getting the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The doorbell has been working fine for a few months.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I took it off to charge it on Tuesday.&amp;nbsp;Once charged, it wouldnt come back online.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have reset both the doorbell and charm and re-added to app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Charm connects fine, door bell goes as far as Setup Complete but the app times out and the doorbell doesn't appear in the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
