Can't access the smart home app like a million others on here. I wish I had read some of these comments sooner. Some dated 3 month ago but they still haven't fixed the problem. It baffles me why they are letting people purchase them when you cant do a bloody thing with it. Have spent 4 hours today going round in circles into live chat, on the phone then live chat again to be told the same **bleep** over and over. I was told there is known issues and it can take 7- 10 days to fix which is laughable as some people were told that 3 months ago. I dont get why they just can't fix the problem.
