Not much to go on from your post.

Assuming it's your doorbell is having issues connecting with your Chime.

Is the Chime showing a blue light?

Some help on positioning of the Chime for the doorbell to keep and maintain a stronger connection;

Keep the Doorbell and Chime within 5m of each other. Go no further than 8m.

Place the Chime out in the open, not behind furniture or in a cupboard.

Try and create a good line of sight between the two devices. Connection will be stronger if there are as few walls between the devices and avoid having any large furniture in the way.
