SMART HOME DOORBELL/CAMERA MOUNTING BRACKET

DOOR BELL MOUNTING BRACKET HAS BEEN FITTED, AS PER INSTRUCTION, TO A FLAT TIMBER DOOR FRAME. THE BELL/CAMERA UNIT WAS PLACED IN THE BRACKET AND WAS FINE. I REMOVED THE BELL/CAMERA TO GIVE IT A BIT MORE CHARGE, USING THE RELEASE PIN, AND NOW THE UNIT WILL NOT STAY SECURELY FIXED IN THE MOUNTING BRACKET. i HAVE SPOKEN TO A SKY AGENT TODAY AND HE HAS ADVISED ME TO BUY A NEW ONE FROM AMAZON, OUT OF PRINCIPAL. IF A NEW BRACKET IS THE ANSWER IWOULD LIKE SKY TO SEND IT IN THE POST.

@David832 Has the release clip at the bottom of the bracket broken off? This does happen, if you are finding it hard to install the doorbell back into place this can take a few attempts to get it to stay.
