      <description>&lt;P&gt;I feel like someone is trying to wind me up. I ring the number and get the 3 options. no matter which i choose it just starts the options again and then eventually&amp;nbsp; hangs me up&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not Sorted for me.&amp;nbsp; Ring the Sky number, get three options and it just repeats and loops.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Worse than that I tried using the ChatBot, it gave me a list of Sky Protect products to chose from but what ever I chose, it repeated the question.&amp;nbsp; Again seems Sky is stuck in a loop.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;My initial problem was that the Sky Protect online application form doesn't show my address in my postcode, so I cant proceed!!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;HELP!!!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;All I want to do is buy a sky product, who'd have thought that would be so difficult?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
