Gone to fit my sky doorbell and the holding bracket is faulty , the bottom clip is broken. So I need a replacement bracket

Afraid you will need to contact Sky for a replacement.

If you click on 'No I still need help' at the bottom of this Sky help article, you will should be able to chat with Sky and ask for a replacement.

@Kjnight You need to speak to Sky in order to get a replacement holder and @lettice gave you the information in order to speak to Sky to get this resolved.
