I have installed the smart home on two phones and two tablets. both phones and one tablet show live view all working fine. samsung galaxy tabA will not show live view. now discovered sky don't have a proper support team for this product you are advised to use a CHATBOT!!! what are they palying at selling goods and don't have support.

does anyone have a solution for this?

@Unsure23 It seems with it being an older device that the Andriod OS is not high enough to enable you to see live video. I had the same issues with my older phone. If you can see it on other devices there is nothing wrong with the tech itself.

For information, Sky lists Android 9 as the oldest version supported by the Sky Protect app.
