The add user option isn't showing in the app in the users section

Not sure what or how you have tried, but a few things to be aware of for the adding of additional users;

Only the primary user can:

How to add a user;

An email invitation will be sent to them.

On accepting the invite, they will need to set up their own account.

The app does not give the option to add another user, only shows me as the primary user, no other options available

I am the primary user also the add user option isn't at the bottom of the page, but have cancelled now anyway
