Good morning. I’ve got my smart camera, but I’ve tried to install it and can’t seem to get it working. I’ve read the instructions, but I’m still not sure what to do. It would be great if Sky could bring someone to help me, as it’s been sitting in my house for three days now and I still don’t know how to set it up.

The product is self install, no one from Sky will come and help you install it.

At what point in the setup are you having issues with?

Have a read and watch the videos of this Sky help article on installing your Chime and doorbell and see if it helps.

Have you got a VPN installed on your connection - turn off and try again.
also my sky store etc is a different password email to my Sky account
