Ive sent my husband an email for the the sky doorbell as an additional user. Whenever her tries to do it, it says 'whoops something went wrong'

@SHANROB16 Can you check that they don't have private DNS running and if they do switch it off and try again. Once logged in it can be switched on again. But you will find that the app does log you out, the private DNS will need to be turned off and on again.
