Smart Home Can't login

I hope someone can help me please.

I have been with Sky for years so I decided to purchase their video door bell.

Mysky says the subsciption is up and running and all is ok, ready to install.

So I download the Smart Home App, try to login, and a Window fills the screen saying no subsciption.

I can't even try logging in .

I have reset the app re downloaded , spoken to Sky for an hour, still not working.

Tried it on my wifes phone ( exactly same model as mine) and it went straight in.

Tried adding me as an additional user and it said I'm already added.

So back to square one any advice your been very much appreciated, Thank you

@sjtafl Is this a pop up that stops you logging in at all?

Can't you explain how I can install my door bell to my mobile phone please
