Battery life

I got my smarthome doorbell and chime last week and charged it fully before fitting it. I had to charge it again on Friday and it is back down to 15% today from 45% yesterday evening. It is set to minimal work, only for the doorbell and put to the recommended settings for optimal battery life. I think it is a faulty unit. Please help, before it send it back

@Petramason Did you set the activity zone up on the smart doorbell or is still on its default?

Have exactly the same issue - Video set to record only when bell is pushed and for 15 seconds and I get about a day and a half from an 8 hour charge!.. Useless🙄

We tried all the suggestions online. I've cancelled it, they have terrible customer service so I'm not sitting in the phone all day again
