Hi all

I can't seem to get past oops something went wrong on my sky doorbell. I've unplug the bell and turned the camera off then sign in and I get the same message thought I ask here before phoning sky .

See you have tried the above.

Can you do the following, in this order;

Remove the power from the chime and leave off for ten minutes.

Same for the doorbell, turn it off using the on/off switch for ten minutes.

During this time sign out of the Sky Smart Home app, restart your mobile device and once back sign in on the Sky Smart Home app again.

After the above ten minutes, and you have plugged in the chime, wait for the chime to show a blue light.

Turn on your doorbell camera.

Now in the Sky Smart Home app, click on the doorbell.
