    <description>&lt;P&gt;First up, could you try the following.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Assuming yiu have a blue light currently on your Chime.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you try repowering your chime and also power off the doorbell and leave off for ten minutes, using the on/off switch at the back.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Plus, assume you have charged the doorbell battery initially for about 6-8 hours.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Assume your doorbell is within a decent range of the Chime, when syncing. Suggest have them both five to six feet apart when synching.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try also within the app to check the Chime is not asking for an update, then check with the doorbell updates &amp;nbsp;also.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sometimes on first install it needs the updates completed first, future updates should just happen automatically.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then as it takes you through in the app start the setup process again.&lt;/P&gt;
