topic Smart door bell in Sky Protect & Smart Home

Hi, I am considering the smart door bell vs the ring door bell. The ring packages clearly state that their basic package only links the door bell to 1 mobile phone/ device and the intermediate package is needed for the doorbell to link to multiple devices. I cannot find the same info about the Sky smart home service. Does the basic £5 a month link the doorbell to multiple phones/devices? Thanks

The basic ring plan offering allows viewing of your single ring device on multiple phones/tablets etc.

The device limit, means you can only have single ring device like one doorbell or one security camera active on the plan.

So in order to run multiple ring devices like a doorbell and also an indoor or outdoor securty camera, you would need the next tier plan.

As for the Sky Smart home, much the same, you can add secondary users to view your doorbell or other devices if you have added the additional devices with the extra device to your account.

More on secondary users for Sky Smart Home here;
