Smart home doorbell

So I used to be on sky protect but when they discontinued the service I stopped using the door bell due to me having it for intruder reasons it wasn't telling me when motion was detected so when the new smart home came out I of course got it but I cannot set the activity zone keeps coming up with an error message it's great having the door bell but my main reason for was detecting motion will this be fixed??

Can you explain a bit more on where and exactly what the error says?

Have a read and adjust some, maybe more detailed settings for the activity zone as per this Sky help article.

Plus make sure your doorbell is getting a good signal with your chime. It might help to move it a bit closer.

When I select set activity zone it says error occurred please try again later I've done everything possible and it still doesn't work
