&lt;P&gt;If it's not connecting, and is flashing yellow and blue as you mention, try&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;this;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Go into go the app and remove the indoor camera under the devices.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Power off and on the indoor camera and keep on power. &lt;BR /&gt;At this stage do not try connecting, but press and hold the indoor camera setup button on the base for at least 20-30 seconds until you hear it click, then let go of the setup button and let it refresh after approx a few seconds. This resets the indoor camera to default.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your indoor camera should then start flashing yellow.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Restart your broadband router/hub. This is needed, so do not skip this stage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;run the indoor camera setup using the app prompts from scratch.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Would suggest doing the indoor camera setup about five to six feet from the router, not any closer or further away if you can.&lt;/P&gt;

The blue and yellow LEDs start flashing. There's no internet connection. I believe I received a faulty camera at this point&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Go through with them all you have tried. It may be as you surmise, &amp;nbsp;a faulty camera not registering.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
