    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I recently got the smart doorbell, but the activity zones dont work, I keep getting and error message saying something went wrong. Reported to sky and they sent a new device, and the same thing happened again. Any ideas anyone? Maybe its a bug in the app??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Firstly, what kind of error message are you getting, when using activity zones and at what stage are you getting that message?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Assume you have tried rebooting your phone that the app is on?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently got one. Same errorWhen clicking 'done'. Tried all sorts. Different sized zones, rebooting phone and hardware etc. The fault is with them. Subscribe needs to pull their finger out&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had my sky protect doorbell for over a year with no issues, since changing to smart home it won't charge and has a clicking sound. I have uninstalled it and went through the process of re installing the device and it worked for two days and stopped working&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you &amp;nbsp;try turning the video doorbell off using the on/off switch at the back, next to the charging usb port.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Leave it off for ten minutes, no need for any longer than that.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Turn back on and straight away put &amp;nbsp;on charge, leaving on charge for about 6-8hours or overnight.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
