topic Cannot change chime tone on smart doorbell in Sky Protect & Smart Home

I have the smart doorbell, and I'm trying to change the chime tone for the "person detection" event, as I want to have a phone alert but no chime. When I change the settings the parts I've edited just flash, and don't change. I've waited days and they don't take effect. I've tried turning the chime off and on again, I've tried cycling the router... The changes just don't take effect.
