If you mean the 'Smart Tech bundle' previously used to promote Sky Protect Home Insurance, it appears that the 'Smart' insurance product was discontinued for new customers some time ago (despite still being featured at the top of this forum ; )

It's probably worth noting that the kit wasn't actually required for the insurance to be valid and actually increased the monthly cost rather than reducing premiums. Functionally similar hardware is widely available elsewhere.
