      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am complaining about Sky Protect (administered by Likewize) regarding an unresolved insurance claim for my lost phone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I lost my phone on 24 September 2025 and reported it to Sky Mobile. They confirmed in writing that they cannot block my device or process a replacement because it was a replacement phone issued through Sky Protect insurance, not the original one purchased from Sky.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
